Complimentary FedEx 2-Day Insured Shipping is included on all U.S. orders over $1,000, ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and efficiently. All shipments are fully insured throughout transit and may require a signature upon delivery for added protection.

FAST & RELIABLE DELIVERY

For added security, we strongly recommend selecting FedEx Hold for Pickup. This option allows your package to be delivered to a secure FedEx location where it can be collected by the recipient with a valid government-issued photo ID. Warranty

At Sluder & Co, we take pride in creating high-quality custom jewelry designed to last for generations. Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Our Limited Warranty covers certain manufacturing-related issues and provides peace of mind for our customers.

Warranty Coverage

Prongs/Bezels and Rhodium – 60 Day Coverage

Sluder & Co warrants that prongs, bezels, and rhodium will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery.

If a prong or bezel becomes loose due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will inspect the piece and perform the necessary repair at no charge.

If the rhodium finish starts to wear off of a white gold ring within the first 60 days under normal wear and tear. Sluder & Co will re-finish the ring free of charge.

Rhodium finish can be redone by Sluder & Co as needed for $70 plus shipping if outside of the warranty period.

Small Diamond Coverage – 1 Year
All accent diamonds and side diamonds measuring 0.20 carats or smaller per individual stone are covered for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

If a covered accent diamond is lost due to a manufacturing defect, Sluder & Co will replace the diamond and perform the necessary repair at no charge.
