Yes. There is a $100 non refundable consultation deposit required to reserve your appointment. This fee is credited towards your final balance if you decide to move forward with a custom piece.
Most consultations take 20–45 minutes depending on the complexity of your design and the number of questions or options you’d like to explore.
Yes. We offer both virtual and phone consultations for clients across the United States and internationally.
No. Many clients come in with only inspiration photos or general ideas. We guide you through the entire design process and help refine your vision.
After your consultation, your order will be submitted to our design team to begin the custom design process. Within 5–7 business days, you will receive a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering of your custom piece through our CAD Portal for review.
